Peter Wright and Essex has been our mortgage go to since 2017. We’ve done 3 mortgage transactions with Peter and every single time he has made the process very easy. I’ve had the worst experience with this company because of their use of A.I., which has completely ruined my credit due to the lack of real, personal communication. They are causing these issues, and yet they’re acting like it’s my fault. Why are you sending my payments back while claiming I missed a payment? Good luck getting anyone on the phone their AI system keeps you stuck in a loop, and you can’t reach a real person. Now they’ve put me on certified funds and causing a hand full of issues as a snow ball effect.
