Would never recommend doing business with this company terrible customer service won’t accept payments. payments get lost in the mail. If I could give them a zero star review, Im not sure how they are still in business.
I have had nothing but excellent customer service through Essex mortgage, when I had a lapse in my income because of moving jobs they helped me get a plan together to get caught up! Shanaye has been wonderful!
