Mitch and Jodi are so helpful! It was my first time buying a home so I had a million questions, and they thoroughly explained each individual aspect of the process so that I was fully in the know of what was happening, and where my money was going. They made me feel completely comfortable in a very unfamiliar situation. The best company, and lender, to go through!

After calling multiple branches, and leaving many messages to corporate, i could never get ahold of anybody. I live in MO but called this number in MN and Mitch actually helped me with my problem! Mitch is GREAT, 10/10 would recommend. But I don't recommend Essex mortgage because they are so hard to get ahold of.
