I am very pleased with the Essex House. We all look out for each other. If anyone needs help there is always someone there to help. Gretta is the one that that holds it all together. She is very professional and pleasant to all. She is a great asset to your organization.
Do NOT send your loved ones here. Every issue that comes up management says there is nothing they can do.They donot look out for the well-being of the individuals living here. Disgusting by how they treat their residence after vandalism to personal property. Have already filed a complaint with the BBB.
No security cameras in the parking lot or outside. Cars are being vandalized and they don’t do anything about it.
