Do NOT send your loved ones here. Every issue that comes up management says there is nothing they can do.They donot look out for the well-being of the individuals living here. Disgusting by how they treat their residence after vandalism to personal property. Have already filed a complaint with the BBB.
No security cameras in the parking lot or outside. Cars are being vandalized and they don’t do anything about it.
My mother moved in about 6 months ago. She is always treated with kindness as am I when I visit. I am so impressed with the activities they offer. My mother and I enjoy when they have musicians come in and sing. The food is wonderful. Apartment’s are very nice.
My Mother lives here and she loves it. Everyone there is very nice and they help my mom if she needs anything. I would recommend this place. The people that run the Essex House are very professional and helpful. The activities they have there are wonderful. Game night, movie night and bingo night and live music are always fun. She loves it. I am blessed that she lives there and I don't have to worry about her.
