Rochelle and Pam are always so pleasant when you walk in . Pam was very helpful with all the questions I had . She takes her time and gives you a full break down of what’s going on .
PAM PAM at the Newark is the only person I would love to talk to. She give you the full break down while having amazing voice doing. Ms.Tichelle was the customer service representative that assisted me today.She was very knowledgeable . She had all the paperwork available soon as i walked in due to us speaking on the phone a hour before .Also her partner(female) with the short hair cut assisted her with getting me in and out . She also guided me to get my parking ticket validated so that was a plus :)
