Today was my first time shopping at Essex County and everyone working there was extremely helpful! The store was fully stocked with items needed for the upcoming storm. The general manager Wes guided me in the right direction for items I was looking for. He was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even loaded my items in my truck for me from the loading dock. I’ll def be back to shop again! Thanks Essex County Co-op!

This company with a big heart has a huge impact to our local communities. I worked with them at my event, Haverhill's Woofstock as a vendor and sponsor. Their business cares about their customers needs from farmer to pet owner and everything in between. These community champions are highly recommended to do business with!
I had such a great experience at Essex County Co-Op! The store is always well stocked, clean, and easy to navigate, but what really made my visit stand out were the amazing associates, Becky and Miranda. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, were incredibly friendly, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. It’s so nice to see staff who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Becky and Miranda, for your outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
