The wire seems to be the same , but the business and customer service has fallen completely apart. Charging insane shipping prices and not taking any time to help the customer. I have been ordering wire for over 15 years and I had a rep Suzzie , she always took care of me. Fast forward to current time - I had a very bad experience with Tim H .
