I had an excellent experience with the new massage therapist, Ashley, at Essentials. She was incredibly skilled and intuitive, and she really pinpointed several problem areas I’ve been dealing with. So much to love about this spa. Fabulous range of services. Top notch professionals delivering quality. A wide range of Yonka products for sale. My only complaint is staff noise levels can sometimes interfere with a relaxing experience. You could be deep into a treatment especially on the main floor and the loud talking can really distract and disappoint.
Bianca is FANTASTIC! She does an amazing massage! I came in very stressed and sore, and came out a rejuvenated new person! The only downside (for me) is that she is booked up for months ahead, but it's another testament to how great she is! The environment is very welcoming, the premise is clean and, generally speaking, the spa has a great vibe. Customer for life!!
