Update: After posting to Google, I received a quick reply from Ownership. I was offered a solo massage following the negative couple’s massage experience. The solo massage was great as always. Highly recommend Wade! I will likely not book our next couple’s massage here after our experience. I sent the message below to the office following my visit on 8/9. I didn’t receive a response. James was amazing, he addressed my main areas of concern and gave me tips on how to loosen it up when I’m feeling discomfort.
I had Wade for the second time, and when I say this was the best massage that I’ve ever had in my entire life, I mean it. He targeted the area that we pre-discussed and I have never felt so calm.
