I was given a gift certificate for Valentines day in 2016! I called to schedule an appointment for my free 60 minute custom facial, but later canceled because I was going to attend a wedding that day. I was told I would be called back to reschedule. I was informed my Monday-Friday 8-5 pm work schedule was going to be difficult to work around and the only day that could work would be a Saturday.
