The worst company for customer service ever. My order was taking way too long to ship. I sent in several request to cancel. I tried calling the toll free number. It hangs up on you. Emailed them also. Finally someone called me back and said it was too late and the at my order had shipped. I filed a dispute with my CC company and am looking for corporate info. As they are a Wyoming corporate it is hard to find info.
