Had a follow-up visit via telehealth today for a follow-up on my annual exam, but that didn't happen. They want to charge me my copay, which I would have paid had it been for anything esle, but since this visit was for my annual exam results, I had an issue with it. Dr. Cobbinah and her entire staff are phenomenal. I've been a patient for 3 years. Both of the Nurse practitioners are amazing staff is friendly. Plus Carmen who handles all of labs is incredible. A special shout out to Julis and Haley they both do a spectacular job. The other staff members i can not recall their names however they are also very much appreciated.
After so many years going to this doctor, first time ever that they couldn’t continue with my appointment because I didn’t have a card to pay my copay, they canceled my appointment and said that they wouldn’t be able to see me because they need to take my payment. Previous I didn’t have money to pay my payment that time and they rolled it over for the next visit. Love it here. Staff and doctor are nice and patient. Treatments are effective. Dr. Cobbinah is so nice with great bedside manner.
