Don't waste your money, easily the worst massage I've ever had. The older lady giving the massage had a loud conversation in Chinese with another employee who was sitting at the front counter. Literally through the whole hour long massage I had this conversation blasting in my ear. She was so into the conversation she would continually stop massaging when she was talking. Not relaxing at all and extremely rude behaviour.

Massage was okay - male worker was a bit rough and careless. Although he did focus on my pain areas as requested. The environment is not as calming as other places. Loved the use of oils and hot stones. It is similarly priced to other massage places nearby, if you can, better to go elsewhere. However, if you’re already in the shopping centre, this place is okay for a massage.
Great service. I have had many a massage here in the past and I always come away feeling great. I had the older Asian lady. She checked in frequently if the pressure was ok (and it always was). Hit all the sore bits and turned what was certainly going to be a migraine into a relaxing and stress relieving experience. I even got more time than I had paid for! Will definitely be back.
No phone number to make booking, went into store to advise them that they request bookings for claiming on your health insurance but you have to go into store to make the booking, because the number they advertise doesn’t work. Ridiculous customer service when you go into store, they want you to prepay for a service you haven’t received and told me because I didn’t prepay for my booked appointment someone might walk in at my booking time but should be ok … isn’t that why I made an appointment?
