Lived here for approximately two years. Two significant issues worth noting for prospective tenants. Utility billing is handled through Conservice, a third-party billing service. My tracked water and sewer consumption figures appeared accurate, but the charges applied did not reconcile with published city rates. I requested the billing methodology in writing on multiple occasions — both from Conservice and from the property — and was refused each time. No explanation was provided. The leasing and maintenance staff are great. They are helpful, considerate and professional. Most importantly, they listen to your feedback and work on addressing them. It does take time since their resources are limited but I do appreciate their persistent effort.

11/10 experience, I was looking at several apartments. Let me tell you it was a rollercoaster shopping. We viewed multiple apartments, a majority of the places I went too the place was dirty, staff was rude and judgmental. Stefany were amazing to work with, they explained everything clearly and wasn’t pushy as all. Apartment is amazing, got my keys and the place was spotless. So far 5 months in 0 complaints.
