Poor quality! This is supposed to be higher end furniture and service. However found out the the PRICES are HIGH and the quality low! Service continued to lie about they always pre assembly furniture. (It could not be assembled in home and had to be returned) They are tied closely with La-Z-Boy as in business together. They don't have any guarantees, and if they did, certainly don't stick by them. I didn't do research, don't get caught like I did.
