My husband and I both go there and they went way above expectations for both of us. My husband's hearing loss was work related and Abby took his paperwork home with her and spent her entire weekend making sure everything was filled out correctly so that WSIB would approve his claim and spent the next 2 years helping him file all the necessary claims. I had trouble wearing my hearing aids they worked with me until they were comfortable.
Eventhough I didn't end up getting hearing aids because of an ongoing medical issue I was treated very well.
