I have been a client with Essential Hearing Services for a number of years now. For quality of service, care and compassion for clients ,there is no equal.
Excellent service! My mother is fading into dementia and has trouble telling us what is wrong with her hearing aids, but Essential Hearing fit us in to a busy day on short notice, cleaned the hearing aids, and fixed what needed to be fixed. We bought the hearing aids from them, and this is just part of the service: no extra cost. Samantha was great with my mother, kind and thoughtful.
Excellent service, quality and pricing from all at Essential Hearing. When I was first considering hearing aids my hearing test results were explained so much more thoroughly than was my experience at the two other local establishments that I had tried. After one year with my hearing aids Essential Hearing continues to help with any minor issues I have had (usually related to my poor cleaning technique). They have also helped after I had accidentally got them wet. They work fine.
I’ve been a customer at ESSENTIAL HEARING for the past 15 years and have received excellent services. The personnel is highly qualified on hearing aids and their components. Also their prices are very competitive. A special thanks to Abby for making it all happen.
