I’ve been attending for the several weeks and have had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team is outstanding, from the friendly and efficient admin staff through to the physiotherapists and management. I was given some advice that I probably was not quite ready to hear at the time, however it was delivered with genuine professionalism, care and empathy. I truly appreciated the honesty and support. I could not recommend this team highly enough.
The service is amazing
All staff were pleasant and polite. My physio, Alan, was professional,friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all treatments and asked questions regularly regarding my pain and comfort. Certainly recommend to others.
Currently trying to lose weight and become stronger. The whole team at Essential Health Physio Shailer Park are wonderful, but a big shout out to my new Exercise Physio Marianna…wonderful working with you on my health and such a genuine caring lady.
The staff are very friendly and complete a thorough assessment along with great explanations on why you are in pain and how they can help you improve it. The treatment plan I have started on, has seen some small immediate results. The app they use to complete the exercises for my treatment plan is great. It provides video's on how they should be completed, which has been a huge asset for me. There is plenty of parking, and you can use your private health fund.
