Since the Siegen Lane branch is closed for renovations, had to go to the Town Center location! At the ITM, press the to talk to teller waited 20 minutes and they had no one in line. It got so bad I had to call the customer service number for him to email someone that I was in line at the ITM seeking help. The service is trash and some of the workers need to be fired!! Don't not use this place you can pay off an auto loan and they will continue to take your money and no one can close the account and you'll have no access. I've been fighting for 2 months not help

Customer service experience was trash, online experience was also horrific. The new user online registration form is unable to validate information to setup account. The customer rep was not inviting and unhelpful. I highly recommend moving your loan to another financial institution.
