I experienced a booking error that required me to reschedule. I was informed that I would not be charged for this change; however, I was ultimately charged twice for the service. In addition, the massage duration was shorter than what I had booked, which appears to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. I had a great experience today!!! I’ve had multiple massages here and it’s always a calm, happy, peaceful and clean environment! Always offered a water and the staff is hospitable. I had a deep tissue massage with Kendra today— she was very professional and super sweet!! Definitely would recommend!!! Thank you for being the best!
