I recommend to not keep card on file with this facility. On July 22nd, I had a fever of 102.6 in the morning took Tylenol hoping It would come down in time for my afternoon appointment. Unfortunately, still had a fever so I contacted them needing to cancel to prevent THEIR staff from getting sick. My partner and I got a wonderful deep tissue couple's massage (with foot massage add-on) from Deanna and Channon. They each were welcoming and kind, and the entire experience was so calming and luxurious. Deanna (who worked on me) was very thorough and made sure to address my problem areas, while my partner felt the same about Channon. The place is really lovely, clean, and had a great atmosphere. We highly recommend Essential Escape Spa and hope to visit again soon!
This is a great place that I highly recommend. Channon is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had and really helps with correcting issues for long term positive impacts. Everyone is professional, kind and great.
First time coming to this place, Morgan was amazing!! She made me feel very comfortable, will definitely be back!!
I used to love coming here - it has been my go to for facials and massages for 2 years, but lately the experience has not been the same. I went for a massage with my fiancée and they had us both get undressed, and then came back 5 mins later to tell us they needed to reschedule. When we were leaving, the receptionist was on the phone and never bothered to follow up with us to reschedule. This was a very disappointing experience and could’ve been handled way better than it was.
