First time using this company. Called to make an appointment, came in for the appointment only to wait 30min because Christina thought the appointment was at different time. I called when I arrived which was 2min before my scheduled appointment called it in the person who answered said Christina will be in soon. So inconvenient had to wait for 30min for this Christina person to arrive. Mind you I had to call twice to check in and see what was happening. What is the point of booking an appointment. I had a complicated case that included back taxes and then I had the nerve to ask for amendments. No Problem! All was handled with care and completed in a timely manner. I appreciate how they worked with the IRS to promote accuracy and looked out for the best tax outcomes. Crisis management extraordinaire!
