I was so happy when I transfered here and met with a Dr. Within a reasonal amount of time. But after receiving the bill for an Adult Family Care visit, I can see why there's appointment available. Billed $918 for one office visit and $1303 for labs to include $153 for Hep C because thats mandatory here and $439 for a pneumonia vaccine.. How outrageous is a bill for over $2000 for less than an hour office visit
I've been coming here for the last several years. I'm happy with how I'm treated. Kristen is a truly caring doctor, as far as I'm concerned.
If I could give zero stars I would, this was probably the worst check up visit to date! I was so incredibly upset with Kristen Trosen, she clearly did not care about any of my concerns as I tried to voice my struggles & pains with her. She was more focused on rushing me through to get me out. I had a few very serious health concerns that DO impact me & my life! I guarantee I was in there no more than 10 minutes! I do NOT recommend this location at the very least. I will never be coming back to Essentia. Poor service, no care... read more
