I had a 15 year old spring loaded indoor roller blind to be repaired, the internals where broken, I spoke to Michelle and she arranged drop off/pick up to the technician which thankfully he had old matching parts in stock to repair it. Fast easy transaction and good pricing. highly recommended. thanks
