Very Beautiful........... I love Essencials, its the best small spa in town. I can always get an appointment, The staff are very nice and accomidating.I love when Rose gives me pedicures and manicures, she is really good. Kelie the owner is a great esthetician, i love it when she did my facials, we talk about just anything.Way to go Kelie, ur business is wonderful, Keep up the great work.
Excellent spa! Appointments necessary. I got a laser hair removal package for a large area, which is not cheap, but comparable to the rates at all the other spas I had checked. The location, however, was ideal because it is in Lenox, not Albany or Springfield. The staff was very friendly, and explained the process very well. I had 5 visits, and never saw any children there. My partner and I just had a wonderful experience at Essentials. Everyone was so kind! We both had our hair cut and styled by Yuri who did an amazing job, she is very personable and we are both very happy customers!
Yesterday my sister and I got our hair done, and we had the most amazing experience. Yuri is the lovely lady who did not only ONE of us but did both of our hairs at the same time. She did such an amazing job and was so friendly and personable. I definitely enjoyed my morning with her and I will be back to she her again. Essencials is a wonderful place!!
Brie Lynn does my hair, and she does a phenomenal job. With coloring, highlights, and cuts. If you want someone you can trust, and who knows her way around hair, go have a seat in her chair. �
