Hi Louise, I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful stay at your studio on the Forest. The space was absolutely perfect, so peaceful, and really allowed me to feel connected to nature. Also, the healing session with you was amazing. I truly felt the shifts during and after, and I’m so grateful for the deep care and wisdom you shared with me. It was such a transformative experience, and I’m already noticing positive changes. Thank you for holding that space for me! Looking forward to staying again in the future.

I had a blissful couple of days staying in the "In Essentia" studio. The session with Eloise was very worthwhile and I felt so relaxed and chilled out for days afterwards. The Outdoor bath and shower were delightful and I saw kangaroos hopping by from the bath as well as a wombat from the verandah. The bush views were beautiful and the sound of the creek below was so relaxing. I appreciated the communication before and after my stay and I will be back!

A month ago I found myself in kangaroo valley for some self care time. I found Eloise to be located very close to where I was staying and it turned out she was 100% what I needed on my healing journey. We spent the better part of a day together in the healing hut and I am still feeling the positive effect the “energy Reset session” provided me. The massage that I had with Eloise was phenomenal and completely enhanced by her beautiful surroundings. Not only did I feel completely 'blissed out' afterwards but I felt that Eloise understood intuitively what my body needed at the time. I have just returned from an amazing healing session and overnight stay with Eloise. I started off with a healing session in the healing hut which Eloise created such a safe inviting environment to facilitate a big shift in me. The massage was incredible. I then checked into in essentia to spend the night. It had everything I needed and more.
