Enjoyed a group sound therapy session this weekend at Essence Sound Healing. The proprietor was very welcoming and provided all the necessary details to understand sound therapy. She welcomed us and made us comfortable with blankets and eye masks. She introduced us to the different sounds and vibrations we would experience. Then, we enjoyed a complete sound therapy session. For our girls weekend we scheduled a private sound healing session with Lori. There were five of us and we absolutely loved our entire experience from the minute we walked in the door. Lori is so welcoming, compassionate, knowldegable, and talented. The one hour session was energetically powerful and calming at the same time. Lori is absolutely wonderful! Each session leaves me feeling calm and refreshed. I really appreciate how personalized and thoughtful she makes the experience. If you haven’t tried sound healing yet, I can’t recommend it enough!
Incredible experience! Lori made us feel so welcome and comfortable when we arrived, taking the time to explain everything. The sound healing and Reiki was transformative - it was truly a beautiful, meaningful, reflective, and rejuvenating experience.
