I’ve been doing laser hair removal on my face, neck, and beard for about 3 months now, and the results are incredible. The staff is very professional, and the environment is comfortable and welcoming.
One day, I visited the store with a family member who was a friend of the employees. I was wearing baggy clothes and had a jacket on. While the employee was talking to my family member, she unexpectedly called me handsome and started laughing in front of me. She then asked if I was a guy and giggled, which was clearly not the case. The employee’s behavior was extremely rude and naive. My family member and I were both upset, and we decided not to return to the store ever again.
I have been coming to this spa since 2022. This is absolutely 💯 the best and only spa I would go to. The staff is amazing always treat you respect
