Sarah is a truly gifted massage therapist! She uses only organic oils for your skin. And uses a variety of essential oil fragrances to gently inhale at different moments during the massage. Sarah uses hot rocks, warm moist cloths and has lovely background music. Her touch is very flowing, very smooth. I find the experience very meditative & spiritual.
What an excellent experience! As soon as I walked in, I felt a sense of peace and relaxation. Also, it's hard to find someone who can give you a good deep tissue massage and help you relax at the same time. Sarah listened to my needs and provided a deep-tissue massage to get rid of my aches while also mixing in techniques to relax all my muscles head to toe. I look forward to going back. I highly recommend Essence Massage.
