I had the joy of doing a sound bath meditation with Kristin a few weeks ago with a group of friends - it was wonderful! She had such a calm demeanor and the space was quiet and comfortable with these big cozy blankets that we all loved. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly I relaxed once she started and it ended too quick. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new experience or to try a new way of meditating!
The absolute best gift idea - A sound therapy session! If you have tried meditation before and just cannot quiet the mind, try a sound therapy session with Kristin! My 45 minutes were up before I knew it and I was completely present and relaxed after experiencing a variety of sounds that brought me back from my mind to my body. The space is warm, cozy, inviting, and full of great energy. The best part? The next day I felt lighter, and more focused! Thank you Kristin, I look forward to visiting again!
Kristin is an amazing Myofascial Release therapist who works with intuition, care and skill. Her touch is amazing and she's knows just where to treat me without me saying anything. She creates a loving space full of patience and understanding. An absolutely gifted and beautiful person!
Please visit Essence Body Work! Kristen is amazing and has helped me with all of my aches and pains. I recently had a fall off of my bike and have been very sore and bruised for 3 weeks. Kristin helped me so much! She also offers an amazing sound bath experience! I would highly recommend her!
