We encountered the strangest situation at ESSA in Stroudsburg, where we've been doing business for years, we needed to wire money to close on a house we purchased, and the teller didn't feel comfortable doing it because of wire fraud, which I get but if I didn't have my account at Wells Fargo, we may not have been able to close on our house.
