Your typical local type bank. Always friendly helpful staff (even at several other branches I've visited). Been a customer for over 20 years back when the local chain was still First Star Bank, and then got joined up with another local ESSA. Having more branches spread out across eastern PA makes it a tad more convenient depending on where I'm traveling around (but this branch is closest and more convenient for me).
