I thought working at a bank may have been an easy job, but the experience I just had was the opposite. I was trying to deposit money and the man working there told me to slide my money over so I did just that. Then With a missing tooth in his mouth The man became so rude and asked what he should do with my cash I just asked him to deposit. I said I’m confused what else do you need? And he said ID. Rude experience as I’m just trying to deposit my cash at the job they work at. 1/5 stars

I haven’t been into ESSA bank physically for a long time, but when doing my taxes I noticed they were charging me dormant fees, the fee’s where more then my interest for the year. I went in to the back to check it out. I spoke to a woman named Flow, she advised she would credit my dormant fees and I decided to shut down my two accounts and purchase a CD. Elliot Mapps is absolutely amazing. He walked me the the entire loan process, answered all my questions, kept the transaction on track and made relevant suggestions that would help me along the way. He called to follow up and to make sure I received e mail that needed to be responded to in a timely manner. He is so professional and caring . I appreciate all you did for me !
