I been banking with ESSA for over 10 years. Every time I make a large purchase. Any thing over 750. Like car repair or home improvements. They locked out my card. I been stranded with no to very low gas. Even though I called before hand and informed them about the purchase. Not even sorry for in convenience. Went to the Main Street branch and was talked rudely just because I had a question about their performance on this situation
Stop refusing to let people purchasing items from overseas!!!!! It's not your money!!!
ESSA in Mr. Z's Been with ESSA for 18 years and now it has a branch in Mr Z's. Service is consistent with main branch which is very good. Only problem is when there is a line, it can move slowly (if someone is making an involved transaction or opening an account.) But the convenience outweighs any inconvenience.
