Horrible staff service. They only care about taking more money from people than trying to help save them. I went to essa to get a money order which cost 6 dollars but would need a cashier check because it's over 1000. Which cost 10. It would have been easier to withdraw the money and buy money orders from outside instead of wasting money with the bank. BTW the teller Maddie had a bad attitude like if the money was coming out of her own pocket not mine.
I'm writing this review to everyone who is using this bank's ATM on Milford Rd, East Stroudsburg. On October 9th, around 8 o'clock in the morning when the branch was closed I requested $360 withdrawal from the ATM. According to the website and the receipt I received $360. However, I haven't counted the money and went to NJ. Actually, there were one ten dollar bill and one five dollar bill among the twenties. So I received $25 less from this bank ATM.
