Great service ..
Great bank with friendly and capable tellers and account reps. My only complaint is they only accept coins dumped into a machine and they also charge a service fee to accept coins!
We've banked here for 20 years plus. The staff is friendly, and management has been helpful to our business needs.
I've been with ESSA for over 20 years. Had 9 accounts with them as of a couple years ago. Then I was attempting to perform a transaction and the manager didn't allow it. She used the term "manager's discretion." I found that quite strange since I had performed that specific transaction in the past with no problems. I left the branch, went to the next closest branch, and the transaction was processed successfully with no questions asked. While this bank might not have the latest and greatest technologies offered by some of the larger financial institutions, they always provide service with a smile and are eager to assist in any way they can. I have a couple of accounts with them and am happy to continue giving them my business!
