Absolutely unreal!! bought first pair of boots and bindings, had a thorough fitting session, Mark fixed me up real good with the best kinda linings and boots to match my feet, the knowledge on this guy was wild better the Ollivander, the wand guy from Harry Potter!! This legend was patient and caring! Great customer service!! Highly recommend, no where else could compare!! Very friendly staff all round, cheers guys

A huge thank you to Ayva for assisting me with some replacement bindings covered under warranty. I had a short deadline, needing the bindings for an upcoming trip and she was helpful beyond words, she made sure I got the replacement in time and offered timely support after I'd received them.
