We visited the store to get some snow gear and were helped by Achi, who was absolutely awesome from the start. He helped us choose everything we needed, gave us great recommendations, and took the time to explain every detail with patience and a big smile. You can tell when someone really knows their stuff and genuinely enjoys helping others. Thanks to his advice, we left fully equipped and super happy. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Thank you, Achi, for the great energy and such kind service!
