Big thanks to Shannon for fixing my boots For years I surfer from the keel lift and toe pain, and he thought outside of box and finally it worked! I no longer having the toe pain and much less heel lift, not only that my boots is now so much more responsive and improving my riding. I will give him 10 stars if I can. Also big shout out to Loki as well. He was being patient and helpful! ESS boot fitters are amazing! 10 out of 10⭐️
Not a great experience. It reminded me of being in a Cairo market and feeling like I was held hostage until I bought an ugly carpet.
