Went to the Erina store to buy some snowboard boots and had a fantastic experience! The staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful and knew exactly what I needed to get a perfect fit. Cant recommend ESS enough :))

I was a bit nervous about my first time ever skiing so I wanted to try on some boots before hiring them. Went to Ess in central coast and they straight away found a boot to fit my complicated feet 😊 (even tho I didn’t have an appointment for boots fitting) I grabbed the details and went and hire the same boots in the store in Jindy. Great quality and didn’t stink at all ✨😂 will be coming back next year. I have to say I much prefer the attention of this store.
First class experience from booking last week to fitting and purchase of snowboard gear today. Jay was super patient and knowledgeable and we left fully stoked with our new gear; ready to hit the mountain tomorrow. Thanks team, great job
We left my partner’s snowboard for a full service, and when we came to collect it, we noticed a chunk missing from one of the bindings near the toes. We understand that accidents can happen—I'm generally easygoing and reasonable. The real issue was the attitude of the staff. The shop assistant outright refused to acknowledge that the damage occurred while the board was in ESS’s care, and the owner shifted the blame onto the age of the equipment rather than taking any responsibility.
