RUN. The first time I've EVER EVER changed a review in my life. At first Charles was very helpful surface level. He proceeded to allow us to file a trademark of our company, which he made us aware, we had a similar name to another company. But instead of telling us do not even waste your time it will be denied, he ALSO, neglected to mention that company with a "similar name" can threaten us with an infringement letter.
