It started out as great service but I have been trying to get in contact with Ralph Mercer or anyone with his office since October 15th and keep getting sent to voicemail with no call backs. I finally googled him and found he is at a new law firm now and absolutely nobody from Esquire law let my wife or I know. We are just waiting on our checks now but can’t get in touch with anybody. Hmmm… suspicious. I would use a different law firm if you want to have clear communication and get paid.
The attorney who was supposed to get me more compensation from my already due settlement did not do his job, later I find out he left the firm? Taking high percentage for fees, while I received less? But it's all good the greedy later face their own. I was left stressed out, not trusting this place due to a unethical attorney.
We were in an accident with a driver that was uninsured and they took our carse before we found out that information, they still worked our case though which they didn't have to but thank God did . Now we are just waiting for the finalization of everything and we will hopefully get to get a new car so I can get to work! Thanks Ralph and everyone at Esquire law.
Everything was going well. I won my case, they received the check, and now they don't answer my phone. I have been calling and trying to contact my lawyer for a week, but he ghosts me. I'm still waiting to get some answers
