After spending many hours opening both personal and law firm accounts, I was told that the bank will not allow its customers to access both personal and business accounts using a single login credential. I specifically asked about this before I went through the process (because I know Esquire isn't the only one with this limitation), but they gave me inaccurate information. It makes little sense for a bank to deny its customers the convenience of being able to see all accounts on one screen, and to require them to wire money... read more
EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Screamed at me for asking a question.
I thought this was a professional bank, except that they didn't let me open an account at all, because it was "an executive decision." My credit score is stellar and being refused service without any reason is absurd.
I appreciate their expertise and knowledge of contingency fee law.
