Bad attitude and unreasonably expensive price. They charged for time of their return trip from Mt Gambier to our shop, on top of this they still charged us distance by kilometres. Ridiculous. Said to have fixed our commercial coffee machine - we paid over $1000. But in less than one month the problem came back again. They've denied this is their responsibility and insisted we pay them again otherwise won't help us to fix the problem.
Fantastic service! Took my grinder there this morning as there was a minor issue (clogged blades). The technician spent 10-15 mins cleaning it out for me whilst Marlo made my son and I a delicious hot chocolate. Then there was no charge! Honestly still can’t believe it, unheard of in this day and age but I’d recommend these guys to anyone!
