I had a Rocket Cellini with a which stopped making pressure. EC were happy to take on my job, even though it's small. After a thorough diagnosis it turned out that the machine hadn't been running properly since I acquired it, and I had finally killed the rotary pump. EC put together a competitive quote to service the machine and rebuild the bits I had destroyed. I have the machine back now and it's in better-than-new condition. Also love that they were happy to use Uber each way for local shipping.
