Love this bike shop! I'm a shopper. I spend way to much time analyizing major purchases. This drives most salesmen mad. Not at eSpokes. They let me take my time, ride a bunch of bikes, ask more questions, think about it, come back ask more questions, ride a few more times, ect! They never complained once. They were always attentive and happy to answer questions. I bought a Bulls bike today. I just rode 16 miles on the Murdock canal trail. I love this bike. I weight 370 lbs. These guys are friendly and very helpful. Great to work with, good pricing, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them. They helped me with the purchase of Focus Jam2. My heart condition kept me from mountain biking but now I'm back on the trails and loving every minute of it.

I was in denial over my rear flat...and actually very upset because I had plans and didn't have money to be fixing a bike. This shop gave me a great price for the repair, but BETTER yet...their customer service was spot on. Mike made me understand all was going to be well, and John Scott (who did the actual repair) was thoroughly competent and willing to share his knowledge.
