We could never recommend this attorney. If an attorney has received two ethics violation complaints with the New Mexico Disciplinary Board, he/she may not be a good choice for consumers. Read reviews, do your research and learn as much as possible about an attorney before hiring him/her. Never, ever work without a written contract! We learned the hard way and it cost us a small fortune.
My experience was extremely poor with this attorney. I think every consumer needs to do their homework before hiring an attorney. There are some very honorable attorneys but if you end up with one that is not forthcoming, it will be financially devastating.

Never send any money to an attorney if a written contract has not first been provided to you. I filed a complaint against this attorney with the Better Business Bureau in New Mexico. Sadly, the complaint is not noted or seen on their website.

I deeply regret contacting this attorney. I expected honesty, integrity and confidentiality. Also, protect yourself financially - if an attorney does not provide a written contract to a client - it is a red flag - DO NOT SEND MONEY TO HIM/HER - quickly find another attorney!
