I have been trying to get ahold of espin for the past few weeks with no return phone call, message or email. According to the long list of what you should follow as a purchaser of an espin bike before filing a lawsuit we need to contact them. My husband is lucky to be alive. This is my final chance of giving espin an opportunity to respond before I move forward. These bikes are not safe at all.
I’m begging anybody who is seeing this comment DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM espin bikes!!! Is been 4 weeks. Zero communication about why my battery has not shipped and they’re not responding to any attempts to contact them. Very unprofessional. There are better bikes with better customer service and none deceptive shipping. If you buy from them keep the expectation you will never receive the goods!!!

I bought a fully assembled bike from the San Rafael store from Miguel and I am very pleased. I bought the most simple model, which works perfectly for my needs, The bike is very light and has plenty of assist power for hills
