Can only say amazing things about Keith! His bodywork is incredible - this isn't your "run of the mill spa massage" but rather what your body (muscles, joints, tendons, everything) is craving. Please please please go see him!!! This is now and integral part of my chiropractic and body wellness routine 🩵
I’ve been dealing with severe back pain as the result of a car accident. I’ve foam rolled consistently to try to stay out of pain and also regularly still go to the gym and go to chiropractors, ice baths, saunas, etc. to help manage pain. There is not a single thing I’ve done that has helped as much as working with Keith. He is extremely knowledgeable and is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been too.
Keith is the BEST therapist I have ever had! He does so much more than massage; he is a holistic practitioner that understands the body & chronic pain better than most physicians I’ve seen. I have chronic neck & upper back pain & nobody has provided relief like Keith has. I have sung his praises so much that now my husband, daughter, brother in law, & friends are going to him. I have been desperately looking for a massage therapist for my body builder of a husband. “No one can massage deep enough” he claimed over and over. I found this place and booked hoping this massage would work. He has never been happier. HIGHLY recommend. So if you are looking for deep tissue, you’ve found it!
Just got back from a session with Keith and could not be more happy with the results! Keith was super professional and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the session! After the massage I feel so relaxed and am able to breathe so much better, my mobility is next level! So thankful and will 1000% be coming back!
