Customer service is poor . Went to cash a check and received major attitude and I was made to feel like a criminal trying to cash a check from T. Rowe Price. However check was cashed but still experinced the akward uncomfortable experince . Do not recommend going here for check cashing needs

Rude staff! Don’t even call to ask questions because they put you on hold for the longest time! If they’re unhappy with their job they should go get a new one! Zero customer service! Estás mujeres que trabajan aquí son bien amargadas y no tienen buen servicio al cliente en absoluto! Si no están feliz con ese trabajo que se busquen otro ! Si llamas te dejan en espera por mucho tiempo y ni contestan! No sirven para trabajar aquí .
Muy mala experiencia no envien sus pertenencias en este lugar yo envié un paquete con cosas a mi familia a México el paquete abierto y fue saqueado ellos nonme pudieron dar una respuesta y dijeron que no se hacen responsables si trabajan con otra paqueteria ellos tendrían que tener la garantía y hacegurar que las pertenencias de sus clientes lleguen a salvo tuve que estar llamando varios dias para obtener una solución y como respuesta me contesto un robot
