Well my experience was a bit different it looked almost neglected by staff 😞 I think they should do random drug testing for the employs for safety of the shelter guest I feel they need more guidance

2 stars for Ashley Shickler. You have assisted me the most. I met with Emma twice, and this is my second time seeking hope( Esperanza), and she never returns my calls, I try to call number listed on Google and it says it's disconnected, and was provided an alternative number? Carla talks to me, or scolds me like I am a child. Single mother's or anyone in need of assistance , Esperanza is supposed to be providing is not provided. Never want to listen and are always rushing you off the phone. They are 501C3 funded to be calling themselves a domestic violence shelter only to be rude to those in crisis and left brain lacking in empathy.

The staff here are very helpful I was in a very bad situation let me try to help me as they could they tried to provide for you what they can if you are in a domestic violence situation I would recommend reaching out
