My first and last time doing business with this unprofessional person . If you want problems with the IRS this is the place to go . The problem is they don't answer any calls or e mails . I was literally sitting on the lobby while I was waiting for my turn and I was just watching how they answer the phone and say thank you for calling can u please wait a d they leave the phone just there until that person gets tired of waiting and hangs up.
