Not friendly service. Even with an appointment you have to wait. Assistance doesn’t give you adequate information. Immigration forms are returned frequently for missing or incomplete forms. Do not waste your time and money.
No la recomiendo para un trámite importante, primero te dice que te va a ayudar en todo y ya que le pagas se olvida de tu caso. NO PIERDAN SU DINERO / I don't recommend her for any important procedure. First, she tells you she'll help you with everything, and once you pay her, she forgets about your case. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Horrible experience the front desk treated me very rude and they never answer the phone I been leaving voicemails for the past weeks her excuse was it’s tax’s week but, after being a customer after many years of going here felt unappreciated. They have lost a customer of many years.
