The Esperance aged care facility is a very valued place, needed for the Esperance aging community unfortunately it’s run by the most corrupt horrible humans you’d ever unfortunately meet. They are liars- so if you are ever promised something by them make sure you get it on paper, they use you and abuse you. Truely the CEO is a very disgusting man, I would not want my family member in the hands of these people. Corrupt.

This place is run by a dysfunctional bunch of liars, I was working there in total for about 2 and a half years and during the Covid out break when the facility went into Covid lockdown this year we were told we would be paid 50% more an hour for working in the wings infected with Covid- so after several days and many hours working with Covid and not receiving said payment, I reached out to the facility after leaving to work for NDIS because the facility was bad in several areas and the CEO is pretending that was never said- ... read more
