One of the worst customer service reps I've had in a very long time. Every company has a survery at the end of a call so they can improve their customer service experience. After this phone call this compay should invest the service was horrible!!!!!
This is the worst company for returns and orders. The product is cheap and it sucks. Do not buy here. I wish I could give it a zero star customer service everyone that works for this company.
The products look beautiful, but not the best quality, I put on a pair of Step Up Your Style Bootie by EY Boutique for the first time and they split in the middle, when i called customer service they told my i couldn't get a refund or replacement, then they disconnected me, the quality of the call was poor. Be careful when buying their products... GOOD LUCK!
I will never purchase another item due to the return policy. The amount l paid for my item is about amount to return it. Poor return policy. I spent 32.00 to return the item that didn’t work and the product was very bulky.
