I'm 72 and this is the first negative review I've ever written and this company doesn't deserve a 1 star. I took an old ipad in to have the charging port fixed. I was informed they sent these types of repairs off to a third party to repair and the turn around time was 7-10 days. After no word I began calling and on the rare occasion someone would answer I was told they were checking on this. I Went In To Look For A Screen Protector For My Cell & Didn't Have It So They Ordered It Then When It Came In Went Back So They Can Put It On For Me It Was A Good Price
I have never left a negative review to anyone until now. If there was an option to put a negative star I would. I was so dissatisfied with the quality of work and they had no problem taking my money. On December 6, 2024 I went in to have the back glass on my iPhone 15pro repaired. The gentleman who watches the Alice store is the one who repaired the back glass off my phone.
